Frequently Asked Questions
1) Are you providing the actual Services? In virtually all cases and products, we are
simply acting as a referral to another company or professional. There may be some
exceptions such as consulting and/or financing, but those will always be contracted
separately.
2) How does Sage Credit Group get paid? In most cases, we have referral agreements in
place with Partners and get paid by them. In rare cases, depending on the clients needs or
if engaged with Sage Finance Group, a seperate agreement with the client may be created
and terms will be discussed then.
2) Will my costs be more than going direct to a Company? In most cases no, and in
some cases going through us may be cheaper. Thats not taking into account the amount of
time you will probably save by using our services. We have already spent the time
researching and investigating companies. Also, because we work with so many companies
and professionals, we have a lot of resources that can be used to help your specific problem
or needs.
3) Will I be charged a fee for an initial consultation? We will never charge you a fee for
an inital consultation and in most cases (if not all), neither will any of our Partners. We strive
to only associate with professionals who are very transparent about their costs. If in doubt,
please ask prior to starting the consultation.
4) What if I have a problem with a Partner you provide? We want to know about it and
want to help. While we cant guarantee being able to fix every problem, we will try working
with you and the Partner to reach a resolution. In addition, if we identify a Partner that is not
meeting the standards we eexpect for our clients, we will remove them from our program.
5) Are you licensed to provide services everwhere? As described above, in most cases,
we are acting as a referral agent. We provide your specific location data to our Partners and
they would hold any applicable licensing. In cases where you may be engaging our services
directly, we would be licensed as necessary. We always recommend that you confirm these
issues with the Partner you are working with directly.
